Thomas Evan Foster
Tom was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 22, 1937. He was the last surviving child of Walter and Alma and was preceded in death by sister Dorothy, brothers Walter and Robert and his wife Erika.
Growing up in Brooklyn and then Island Park, Tom was an avid athlete. Thomas met and married his wife Erika while stationed in Germany. He was a volunteer Fireman and worked for United Airlines. Thomas and Erika were successful business owners in Island Park. They moved down to Boca Raton in 1980 where they eventually became members of the America German Club in Lantana. Tom held many positions in the Club from board member to eventually becoming President of the club. Thomas is survived by his son Peter, his daughter in law Gudrun, Grandsons Sean and Alexander, and great grandson Thomas and many cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
