On Thursday, March 21, 2019, heaven gained a loving angel.  Shenece Gracia Cadet, 25 years old lost her life in a motor vehicle accident in Pensacola, Florida.

Shenece was born June 9, 1993 in North Miami, Florida.

She was adored by family and friends who treasured her caring, loving, giving and funny personality. Shenece had a zest for life that brightened the lives of all whom she spent her time with.

She is survived by her parents Jennifer and Cecil Mellanson, 3 siblings, Dajhe, Antonio & Gabriel. Her very best friends, Amethyst Edmond, Desiree Scott, Lexie Scott and a host of family and friends who adored her.

Shenece graduated high School at Westover High School in 2012. Shortly after, Shenece would go on to join the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate serving over 3 years.

After the military, Shenece called Pensacola, Florida home where she would continue to pursue her dreams.  Shenece had a passion for creative writing, drawing, and spirituality.

Shenece was laid to rest with honors at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake worth, Florida.
