Sharon Orr (née Rosenberg), 86, formerly of Pottstown, PA, and recently of Delray Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2021, after a brave battle with ocular melanoma.  She was preceded in death by her late husband, Sanders "Mickey" Orr, of Pottstown and Delray Beach, FL.  She was the daughter of the late Arthur Rosenberg and Ruth Rosenberg (née Cirkus) originally of Merion, PA.  Sharon graduated from Lower Merion High School and attended the University of Pennsylvania. She is fondly remembered as a style maven and avid bridge player.  She was always the best dressed person in any room.  She cared deeply about her family and friends, particularly her bridge buddies. She organized fund raisers over the years for the Wyndcroft School, Play for Pink, Pottstown Hospital and other organizations.  She is survived by her children, Stacey Orr Gallant (Mitch) of Atlanta, Scott Orr (Janet) of Pottstown and Naples, FL, Elizabeth Orr (former daughter-in-law); her 5 wonderful grandchildren, Josey Orr, Jesse Orr, Jake Gallant, Eliza Gallant and Olivia Gallant; and her brother, Bob Rosenberg (Gerry) of Los Angeles.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, PO Box 4486, Houston, TX 77210-4486, Attn: James Welsh MD Lab or mdanderson.org/gifts (direct gift to the James Welsh MD Lab)
