Sebastian "Scotti" Casablanca

Sebastian "Scotti" Casablanca, age 73, of Greenacres, FL passed away on January 7, 2012.
Born in Sicily, Italy he was the son of the late Domenico and Gaetana Casablanca. Sebastian attended Central High School in Bridgeport, CT and married his high school sweetheart, Mariann, in 1958. Sebastian and Mariann moved their family to Florida in 1982. He worked as an automobile service manager until opening the family business, Scotti Auto Center, in 1984. After retiring from the automobile business, he worked for Palm Beach County School Food Service as a cafeteria manager. In 2006 Sebastian retired from the workforce and became an active member of the Buttonwood Homeowners Association. Sebastian is preceded in death by his beloved wife, of 52 years, Mariann Casablanca. He is survived by his children, John A. Casablanca of Lantana, Debra Casablanca of Lantana, Linda Kirshberger and her husband Steven of Arkansas, and Sandy Anderson and her husband Richard of Lake Worth. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, John S. Casablanca and Bridgit Mclellan, Joseph and Gabriella Bahr, Lainey Kirshberger, and Spencer and Shawn Anderson, and four great grandchildren, Giovanni Casablanca, and Amber, Ryan, and Cailey Mclellan. Sebastian also leaves behind his sister-in-law Sandra Casablanca of Shelton CT along with several cherished cousins, nieces, nephews and family members.
Visitation and memorial service will take place on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL. 33449. (561) 967-1200.
