Rose Lapi, 88, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026, at Delray Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Brooklyn NY and moved to Florida in 2006 to escape the harsh winters, and be closer to family. She is survived by her brother Fr. John Ferrara, her children Debi, son in-law Richie, Donna, John, daughter in-law Janet, and her 7 grandchildren, Tina, Amanda, Jay, George, Ivanna, Jason, Katie, and 5 great grandchildren, Gemma, Giavonna, Xander, Ava and Aydin. She was the heart of our home, known for her unconditional love, strength and generosity. Playing cards with the family was one of her favorite past times.

A memorial service will be held at Palm Beach National Funeral Home and Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Rd., Lake Worth, FL 33449 on Sunday May 3, 2026 from 2pm-6pm, and Monday May 4, 2026 she will be laid to rest at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery at 10941 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 at 11am.
