In Loving Memory of Ronald W. Boudrieau Sr.

1935 – 2025

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Ron Boudrieau, on October 7, 2025, at the age of 90.

Ron is survived by his son Ron Jr. (Diane), daughter Lisa (Glenn), grandchildren Staci (Eric), Daniel (Sierra), and Ryan, and great-grandchildren Savannah, Scarlett, Paige, Evelyn, and Haylee. He is also survived by his sister Janice (Richard), nephew Brad (Jodi), niece Laurie (Jon), as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Ron was born in Jaffrey, New Hampshire, on March 13, 1935, to Wilfred H. and Rena T. Boudrieau.

After graduating from high school, Ron enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Shortly thereafter, he married the love of his life, MaryBelle ("Mickie"), with whom he shared 69 wonderful years of marriage until her passing in January 2025.

When my dad married my mom, my Aunt Mel and Uncle Ben embraced him immediately. He became one of them, one of us — not just by marriage, but by heart. Our families grew together, and our bond only deepened over the years, with Ronnie Jr., Brad, Laurie, and me growing up more like siblings than cousins.

Ron and Mickie's greatest joy was their family. They were always there to celebrate life's milestones and create lasting memories together.

Ron enjoyed a long and fulfilling career with Dade County Traffic, where he worked for 32 years before retiring. He cherished the friendships he made there, especially with Ronni Goodman, who remained a dear friend throughout his life.

After retiring, Ron and Mickie moved to the Riverwalk Community in West Palm Beach, Florida, where they embraced an active and social life. Ron was involved in the Photography Club, Italian American Club, and Bocce, and they both loved playing cards and dining out with friends.

Together, Ron and Mickie shared a passion for travel, exploring the world with their dear friends Bob and Marie Wrigley, whom they had known since Ron's Navy days. They were also blessed with a special friendship with Bettylou and Greg, who welcomed them into countless family gatherings over the years.

When Diane was introduced into the family she was embraced with open arms, Ron admired her and knew she would be an excellent lifelong partner for Ron Jr. They had many wonderful memories together over the years.

When Glenn and Lisa married, Ron gained a friend that he deeply respected and enjoyed spending time with. Their shared laughter and companionship brought him great happiness in his later years.

A Celebration of Ron's life will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 12:15 PM at Palm Beach National Funeral Home and Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL 33449.  Burial with Military Honors will follow at 1:30 PM at South Florida National Cemetery.

Our father will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and he will forever remain in our hearts.

Rest In Peace.
