Robert Earl Rice, 82, of Greenacres, FL, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Bob was born in 1941 in West Virginia and was a proud member of the US Navy (USS Saratoga) from 1960-1965 with an Honorable Discharge in 1966, Robert joined the Army Reserves on North Goodman Street in Rochester NY for 20 years. Robert also worked at Xerox and Eastman Kodak in Rochester NY where he lived with his wife and two children. Robert and Mary retired to South Florida in 2013.

Bob leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 57 years, Mary (Dean); his son, Thomas Rice, and his wife Jeannette Villareal Rice as well as their three children; his daughter, Kellie, and her husband Edward Connell; as well as his two sisters, June Brasgalla and Gloria Jean Salway and numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM, at Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL 33449.  Military honors will be provided at 12:00 PM by the United States Navy.
