Robert Noel Giorgini, 87, formally of Copiague, Long Island, departed this life on Thursday, February 26, 2015 in Boca Raton, FL. He was born on May 3, 1927 to the late Noel and Marie Martell-Giorgini. Following his honorable service in the United States Navy he married the love of his life, Margaret Trembley. Together, they raised their children in Copiague where Bob owned and operated a liquor proprietorship. He was a member of the Captree Power Squadron, the Squaw Island Fish Club, Copiague Fire Department, Catholic War Veterans, Copiague Chamber of Commerce, Copiague Lions Club, American Legion Post 277, and the Cherokee Hills Men's Association. In 1973, he retired to Boca Raton, FL where he spent most of his golden years. He also drove for Boca Raton Transportation for 20+ years. He enjoyed being active, playing golf, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his sister, Vera Norman and grandson, Noel Giorgini. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 66 years, Margaret; sons, Robert (Della) and Russell (Dreanna); daughter, Ronnie Paladino (Reginaldo); 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous extended family members. Bob will be remembered as a man of integrity that truly appreciated the gift of life. Family will greet friends from 11AM to 11:30AM on Friday, March 6th at Palm Beach National Chapel, Lake Worth with a Celebration of Bob's life to follow at 11:30AM. Inurnment will take place at South FL National Cemetery, Lake Worth.
