Robert Allen Chaille
Age 89 of Stuart, FL, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014, at Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart, FL. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he had been a resident of Stuart
for several years after residing in Miami Florida since 1954. Prior to retirement, he was an aircraft engineer and was owner and partner of aviation companies the latest being
Aircraft Modular Products. Mr. Chaille received several merits from the United States
government for his outstanding contributions to projects with NASA, NOAA from then President Ronald Regan.
Personally he was a great father to his only son who remained by each other's side to the very end. He married the love of his life and along with his son Bobby, cared for her for several years while she suffered with Alzheimer's disease. Mr. Chaille was a proud
American WWII patriot joining the Navy at 17 years of age and seeing every theater at
sea from the beginning to the end of the war. He will be greatly missed as many of his
fellows are definitely "the greatest generation."
Survivors include his son, Robert Allen Chaille, Jr. of Palm City, FL. and his much
beloved brother Warren Chaille also a WWII veteran of Saugus Massassuchetts.
The deceased faithfully donated to the Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital and his family requests that donations be made in lieu of flowers.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Palm Beach National Chapel in Lake Worth,
FL.
