Philip J. Laychock, 60, of Coconut Creek, FL passed away on July 30, 2015. He was the son of the late Philip and Anna Laychock of Wallington, NJ. Philip is survived by his beloved friend and companion, Patricia Hughes; son, Jason; sisters, Pamela Swensen and Donna Marie Lambert; granddaughter, Mercy and niece, Samantha. He served as a medic in the U.S. Navy and had a career as a MRI technologist. Philip was buried with military honors at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
