Patricia “Pat” Ellen Cavanagh Gallucci
1951 - 2026
Patricia “Pat” Ellen Cavanagh Gallucci, 74, of Lake Worth, FL, passed peacefully on April 2, 2026, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Louis Gallucci; her son, Michael; her daughter, Sarah Yezza and her husband, Anthony; and her beloved grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Josephine, and Michael. She is also survived by her twin brother, Michael Cavanagh, and her sister, Anne VanderGoot. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Cavanagh.
Pat was born on November 12, 1951, in Paterson, NJ, to her parents, Mary and Richard Cavanagh. She attended St. Brendan School in Clifton, NJ, and later Pope Pius XII High School in Passaic, NJ. It was in high school that Pat met the love of her life, Lou, and they were married in 1972. Together, they built a family and raised their two children in Passaic, NJ. Pat worked for 30 years as a legal secretary before relocating with Lou to Lake Worth, FL, where she began her next chapter as a Medical Staffing Coordinator, a role she held for 15 years.
Pat had a gift for making everyone around her feel welcome and loved, whether as a friend, colleague, or family member. Her warmth and generosity touched all who knew her. Nothing brought her more joy than time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also a dedicated and talented needlepoint and cross-stitch artist, and her beautiful work and thoughtful gifts reflected her patience and care for others.
