Milton Kalashian, 93, peacefully passed away on July 20, 2021.
Milton was born on April 5, 1928 in Newburyport, Massachusetts to Avedis and Satenig (Tookoian) Kalashian and he grew up with his sister Margaret Kalashian. Milton attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and graduated with a Bachelor's degree. Milton also honorably served in the US Army as a corporal in the Korean War. He was married to his loving wife Anne for 66 years. Milton worked as an electrical engineer at Roflan Company, owned several restaurants, and in later years, was a purchasing agent for Mearthane Products Company. He was a member of the American Radio Relay League, the FreeMasons, Kirkbrae Country Club, and Mens club at St. Sahag & St. Mesrob Armenian Church; He also enjoyed gardening and shortwave radio.
Milton was a loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather. He was always willing to lend a hand to family and friends. He had a keen mind for details, always ready with a list. A quick sense of humor, always first with a practical joke and smile. As a retiree in Florida, he considered himself a Putterer which he mastered with style.
Milton is predeceased by his sister Margaret Kalashian, as well as his parents, Avedis and Satenig Kalashian.
He is survived by his wife Anne Kalashian, his children; Cynthia Kalashian-McCoy (John McCoy), James Kalashian (Patricia), and Milton Kalashian (Sandra), and grandchildren; Aubrey, Melina, and Milton, along with many nieces and nephews which he adored.
Services for Milton will be held at Palm Beach National Chapel

With the cemetery service at South Florida National Cemetery to follow at 11:00 am.
The family welcomes donations to the West Palm Beach Veteran's Association Medical Center as an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers.
