Martin Fazio, 90 of Lake Worth, Florida passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Vitas Hospice in Delray Beach, Florida. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from St. Francis College, Brooklyn, NY. He was a Major in the U.S. Air Force (Ret.). He was predeceased by his loving wife Sara in 2007, married for 55 years. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Lantana, Florida where he had faithfully attended daily Mass. He has 6 loving children, 10 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
