Marion Passarelli passed away on December 6th, 2021 at her home in Boca Raton Florida. She was 88 years old. She was born in Brooklyn NY on May 18th , 1933 as Marion Brusca, only child of Joseph and Mary. She met John Passarelli at a dance in 1950 at St Bridgetts Church in Ridgewood , Queens and soon married in 1954 . They soon started a family that included Joseph , Robert and many years later, Johnny. She was a huge music supporter for her kids who all played instruments and she was a talented Classical pianist herself who had aspirations to attend Julliard in her younger days. She soon took on the role of full time mom up until the youngest son John was around 8 years old and then was employed by Goldstar Bakery as a bookeeper. She literally brought home the bread! A few years later she worked at American Airlines and that gave her family travelling privileges which allowed them to go on scores of trips in and outside the U.S. In 1974 she attended Queens College to take courses in Accounting and Bookeeping to further her skills and improve her resume. She then went on to work at Miltex Instruments until she semi - retired in 1992 and moved to Florida . John and Marion were married for 67 years. Marion is survived by her husband John, sons Joseph, Robert and Johnny and grandchildren Marisa, Ashley , Melissa, John Joseph, Jennifer and great granddaughter Avery.
