Linwood D. Snead, 91, Lantana died Saturday, September 15, 2012 Parkside Inn in Boynton Beach following a brief illness. Linwood was born March 1, 1921 in Charleston, West Virgina to the late Linwood & Edna (Davidson) Snead. He was a proud United States Army veteran. Linwood is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Virginia (House) Snead of Lantana; daughter, Julia (Steve) Makela of Lake Worth; sons, Greg Snead of Sausalite, CA and Scott (Lori) Snead of Franklin, NC; 5 grandchildren.
