Levi A. Johnson III, passed away September 29, 2012. Born in Miami, FL. Graduate of Hallandale High School. Enlisted in the Florida Army National Guard on April 16, 2012 as a 56M, Chaplain's Assistant. He was assigned to Headquaters Company, 779th Engineer Battalion in Tallahassee, FL. On September 12, 2012 he entered Initial Entry Training at Fort Jackson, SC, where he was attached to 4th Platoon, Echo Company, 2d Battalion, 39th Infantry Regiment, 165 Infantry Brigade. PV2 Levi Johnson's award include the National Defense Service Maedal and Army Service Ribbon.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Kristina Jiles-Johnson, children Immanuel and Hannah, mother Elizabeth Johnson, father Kenneth G. Johnson, Sr., sisters Katrina Pryor, Dawn Ferguson, Athima Johnson, Lashawn Johnson, Denise Lustin and brother Kenneth Johnson.
