Lesley C. Chambers
Age 64 of Wellington, FL passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Born in Wichita, Kansas, she had been a resident of Wellington for eight years, coming from Coral springs, FL. Prior to retirement, she was a Legal Secretary.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Chambers of Wellington; one daughter, Lori Valuntas of Royal Palm Beach, FL, one brother, Brad Walker of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren, Cyrus, Riley and Christina; and her mother, Betty Walker of Wellington, FL.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM, Friday, November 15, 2013 Palm Beach National Chapel. Interment will follow at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth. Arrangements are under the direction of the Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL. The family suggests memorials to the National Parkinson's Association in her memory; 1.800.327.4545
