age 50 passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at her residence in Lake Worth. She was born in Puerto Rico and previously was the Medical Director at Avante in Lake Worth.
A Vigil Service will be held at 9AM, Monday, January 20, 2014 at the Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL. Friends are invited to meet with the family from 4-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be at the South Florida National Cemetery at 9:45 AM Monday, 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL.
