He was born on June 17th, 1963 in Trinidad before migrating and settling in Palm Beach County, Fl. He began living the American dream, working hard towards his goals. Along the way he made many friends and helped numerous people.  He is Someone who has truly touched us and will always be close in our hearts through the joy of memories and the beauty of love.

Survivors include his wife Jennifer Persad, children Stephanie and Ryan Persad, grandson Andre Morin, parents Jasmine Jerrell and Neville Persad, brothers Kenny and Anthony Persad and sisters Jacqueline Achan and Carrie Rodriguez.  Not forgetting his sister Joanne Williams who is also now with the angels above.
