Jennie M. Adamczyk
Age 83 of Lake Worth, FL, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Hospice by the Sea Care Center. She was born in Buffalo, NY and had been a resident of Lake Worth since 2005, coming from Coral Springs, FL. She was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Jan Adamczyk of Lake Worth; her partner, Carmen Perez; her grandchildren, Solibel and Joshua Rose, Madeline Guerrero, Maribel Guerrero and three great grandchildren, Jessica and Isabella Francis and Joshua Rose, Jr.
A Vigil Service will be held at 9:15 AM, Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL. Friends are invited to meet with the family after 8:30 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at 10:15 at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL by her late husband John.
