Hubert Donovan Burey Jr, 42 years of age, was killed in a motorcycle accident, in Collier County, on Sunday, February 9, 2020.  He began his career at PBSO in March 2004 and was currently working as a Deputy Sheriff assigned to the Motor Unit and the PBSO Commerical Vehicle Unit.

Deputy Sheriff Burey is survived by two sons: Dorien, age 15 and Devin, age 5; mother, Ruth and father, Hubert Sr; brother Michael (Lacey) and nephew Luke; grandmother, Ericka, as well as a host of family and friends.  Donovan's hobbies included spear fishing, boating and motorcycle riding.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th at 10:00 AM at Christ Fellowship-Royal Palm Beach located at 9905 Southern Blvd. Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM.
