Helaine R. Fazio, 65 of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on Friday, September 26, 2014 in Atlantis, FL.
She is survived by her husband Peter Fazio and two daughters, Nancy Kenney & Sherry Fazio; and loving family.
Family will receive friends from 11:30am-12:30pm on Monday, September 29, 2014 at Palm Beach National Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 12:30pm.
Interment will follow at South Florida National Cemetery
