Harriet Ruth (Robbie) Lowinger died peacefully surrounded by family members on March 9, 2023. Harriet was born on April 17, 1937, to Rose and Isidore Robbie in NYC, NY. She was married to Leonard Lowinger on September 21, 1957, and many of those 65 years together were spent traveling the world a passion for both of them. Harriet was a loving mother of Marci and Matthew Korten, Jeffrey and Karen Lowinger and Judy Cavalieri and Joe Lueckenhoff. She was the ultimate hands-on grandmother and loved nothing more than spending time with her nine grandchildren; Laura (David) Lambie, Daniel (Kristina) Korten, Brad Korten, Jessica (Benjamin) Feld, Michael Lowinger, Shawn (Tori) Cavalieri, Grant (Megan) Korten, Andrew Cavalieri and Megan Cavalieri, and was thrilled beyond measure this last year to welcome her great-granddaughters (Waverly and Joy) into the family. She is predeceased by both her parents and her brother Marvin Robbie.
Harriet will also be remembered as an avid reader, interested in world affairs and always ready to have a lively political discussion with anyone.

Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 9:30 AM at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. Those attending are asked to arrive at the cemetery by 9:15 AM and gather in lane #3.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
