IN LOVING MEMORY OF
George E
Baviello
April 26, 1934 – February 20, 2026
George E. Baviello, born on April 26th, 1934, to Rose and George E. Baviello Sr. in Dobbs Ferry, NY, passed away peacefully on February 20th, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Marie; his son, George M. Baviello (Megan); his daughters, Nicole Duskin (Richard)
and Christine Voll (Andy); and his five grandchildren, Ava Baviello, Evan Baviello, Nicholas Voll, Olivia Voll, and Emily Voll. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and many cousins. George was an avid sports fan, but his heart truly soared when watching the New York Yankees. He cherished the moments he spent with his son and grandsons, even when they were in different states. The texts they exchanged during these games were filled with excitement and discussion about the game. George was incredibly proud of his children's
accomplishments and would radiate joy when sharing stories about them. A long-time resident of North Bellmore, New York, George retired over 22 years ago to Boynton Beach, Florida. At the remarkable age of 91, he lived a life filled with happiness and fulfillment.
Despite battling cancer and undergoing dialysis, he never complained. He passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy.
In lieu of flowers, George's family requests a donation to the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
