October 23, 1929 – November 2, 2022
Frank Harry Stenger, age 93, passed away peacefully on 11/02/2022. He was born in Brooklyn NY to Freda Kern and Frank Stenger. He attended Woodrow Wilson Vocational High School. Shortly after graduation he enlisted in the army reserve and served his country in the Korean War. Frank was employed for over 36 years at Republic Aviation which became Fairchild Hiller in Farmingdale NY. He then worked another 20 years for Walmart in Florida.
He is predeceased by his first wife Emma Leizinger and second wife Dorothy Hatton.
He is survived by his children, Anne (James) Masson, Kathleen (William) Swiszowski, Barbara Soriano, Dean (Theresa) Hatton, Dennis (Laura) Hatton, Frank J. Stenger, Debra Hatton & Scott (Jennifer) Stenger and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Frank's hobbies included fishing, scuba diving and working with his hands. He could fix anything.
Frank has lived in Lantana Florida for the past 33 years.
There will be a memorial service held at Palm Beach National Chapel 10055 Heritage Farms Rd, Lake Worth, Florida 33449 on 11/17 at 1pm and committal service at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 FL-7, Lake Worth, Florida 33449 at 2:30pm the same day.
