Frank (Francis) Thomas Qualters, 84, of Atlantis, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born on February 2, 1941, in Yonkers, New York, Frank was a beloved father, husband, brother, proud veteran, loyal friend, and devoted dog dad whose gentle spirit touched everyone who knew him.

Frank dedicated his life to hard work, family, and service. He spent his career as an electrician with Local 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), where he built lifelong friendships and earned deep respect for his skill, reliability, and work ethic.

Outside of his career, Frank found joy in simple but meaningful passions—golf, the camaraderie it brought him, and the companionship of the many dogs and cats he loved throughout his life. He was known for his unwavering love of animals, his kindness, and his steadfast support of his family. His warm presence and gentle humor made him a constant source of comfort and strength to those around him.

Frank is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Qualters; his son, Brian Qualters; his daughter-in-law, Jackie Qualters; and his adored dogs Danny, Katie, and Tiny. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

A funeral service with military honors will be held on December 16th at 9:30 AM at South Florida National Cemetery, located at 6501 S State Rd 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449, where family and friends will gather to honor his life, service, and memory.

Frank's legacy of love, loyalty, and quiet strength will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
