Mrs. Florence "Moca" Norton, 94 of Royal Palm Beach, passed away Thursday June 7, 2012 following a brief illness. Mrs. Norton was born November 29, 1917 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Bernard & Florence (Bryant) McLaughlin. Mrs. Norton was a retired customs inspector for the United States Government and a member of Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church. She is predeceased by her loving husband John E. Norton. Mrs. Norton is survived by her loving daughters, Patricia Norton of Staten Island, New York and Nancy MacDonald of Royal Palm Beach; her devoted grandchildren, Matthew Norton Cassone of Staten Island, New York; Brianna McDonald and Li Li McDonald both of Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Norton will be celebrated 12:30 PM Monday, June 11, 2012 at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church with Father Andy Rudincki as celebrant. The family will recieve friends Sunday, June 10th, 2-4 & 6-8 pm Palm Beach National Chapel with a Wake Service at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
