Eugene (Gene) Harold Katz of Boynton Beach Florida passed away on May 7th 2014 at the age of 82. He was born in Brooklyn NY to Arthur and Lena (Lee) Katz.

Gene served in the U.S. Navy, had a life long passion for photography and was devoted to his family. He was a gifted aerospace engineer and a successful entrepreneur, founding a chain of one hour photo labs in Orlando FL.

He is survived by his devoted wife Bronya Katz and his five children: Susan, Ginny, Jonathan, Adam and Alex. Gene loved his eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:45 PM, Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL. Friends are invited to meet with the family from 12 Noon until service time on Friday (today). Interment will follow at the South Florida
Veterans Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
