Eric Charles Stuber, affectionately known as "Rick" to his friends and family, passed away unexpectedly on February 1, 2024 in Lake Worth Florida.  Rick was born on March 14, 1957, the third child to Kenneth (deceased) and Lois Stuber.
Rick's childhood growing up on Long Island was filled with love and good times with his family which included his 3 siblings, Mike, Gary, and Laurie (deceased).  Wintertime was especially fun having snowball fights with his brothers.
In 1979 Rick married the love of his life, Jodi Caracci, and together they built a family and a life filled with love and laughter.  Rick was a devoted father to his sons Brian (Jennifer), Chris (Lexi) and Kyle (Courtney) and a loving grandfather to his 6 grandchildren who he adored, Nevaeh, Jadyn, Aubrey, Grant, Colette and Grayson.

Rick was a hard worker all his life and in 2009 he started a construction company.  In 2012 it flourished into a family business with all his sons working side by side with their dad.  Rick could not have been prouder of them and the wonderful, caring men they are today.
Rick's unconditional love for his family was shown each and every day by just being there whenever they needed him.  Rick is survived by his mother, Lois Stuber, brothers Mike (Sheri) and Gary (Kathie) and many nieces and nephews who will also feel his absence along with a wide circle of friends and colleagues.

A service to honor Rick's life will be held on February 9th, 2024 at Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth FL 33449 at 10:00 a.m.  A reception will follow at the Stuber family home, where stories will be shared, and memories cherished.
Rick will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend.  His warmth, smile, laughter, and generous spirit that he brought to every gathering will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
