Cirene Rachael Nowicki lived a life full of adventure, courage, and love. Her journey started when she was born on February 7th, 1990 in San Diego, California. She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona to become a proud graduate of Shadow Mountain High School in 2008.
At the young age of 18, Cirene enlisted in the US Army, where she served as an Operating Room Specialist and rose to the rank of Specialist from 2008 to 2014. She was stationed in South Korea and Italy, where she received numerous awards for her exceptional service.
After her military service, Cirene went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Florida in 2019. She was a proud mother to two beautiful children and a devoted wife to her loving husband, Luis Estepa. Her free spirit and bravery inspired and impacted many people throughout her life.
Cirene's legacy lives on through her family and friends. She will always be remembered for the love and courage that she brought into the world.
She is survived by her Husband, Luis Estepa. Her children Christian Estepa, and Camila Estepa. Her father Mark William Nowicki; her mother Jody Lynn Longstreth; her stepmother Renee Nowicki; and her brother Dane Rice.
