Christine A. Herrnreiter (nee Kotowski), 83 years of age, of Delray Beach, Florida, formerly of Buffalo, NY passed away on Sept 23, 2024 after a short illness.

Christine was born on March 3, 1941 to Walter and Gertrude Kotowski in Buffalo, NY. After Chris graduated from Villa Maria high school in 1958, she went on to study radiography at Millard Fillmore hospital where she then remained on staff and eventually became a member of the Niagara Frontier Society of X Ray Technologists.

After graduating with a degree in radiologic technology, and a stint with Millard Fillmore, she worked at St Joe's hospital where she became the head of x ray and then returned to finish her time in the hospital setting at Millard Fillmore Suburban where she supervised the opening of Mlllard Fillmore Suburban radiology department. Following this Chris became a sales representative for H&H X Ray where she specialized in mammography equipment, including training of staff, where she remained until permanently moving to Florida in 1998 with her husband Robert.

In 1988, Chris and Bob were married in Buffalo, NY and had no children together.

Throughout high school and college Chris was a member of St. John Gualbert's parish choir and was part of the Melody Bells/Pic A Polka orchestra and recorded several albums with the group. She also sang with the Paderewski Singing Society for several years. Once in Florida, Chris became a lector and eucharistic minister with her local parish and was also a founding member of the Columbiettes in Delray Florida.

Chris was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Gertrude, her husband Robert and brothers Walter and Thomas. She is survived by brothers David and Larry (Karen) along with sisters in law Gail, Maxine and a whole gaggle of nieces and nephews.

Family will be receiving friends for viewing at Palm Beach National Chapel, Lake Worth, FL Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 2:30pm until 5pm. Chris was a member in good standing of St Vincent Ferrer catholic church where she was an active member in the Rosary Society and formerly a member of the Columbiettes. Services will be held here at St Vincent Ferrer on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 10am. Flowers gratefully declined.
