Catherine "Kay" Baker (Crilley), 89, passed away on February 9, 2012 in Deerfield Beach FL. Born in Cleveland, OH on July 1, 1922, Kay lived most of her life in Ohio, but has lived the past 12 years in Florida, where she and her husband, Bob, have been members of the Abundant Life Church. After retiring from real estate, Kay was very active volunteering at crisis pregnancy centers, a woman's prison and at nursing homes with her husband.
She is preceded in death by siblings, Dan Crilley, Frank Crilley and Peggy Class. Kay is survived by her husband, Robert Baker; children Barbara (Tim) Aho of FL, Carol (Bill) Bost of NJ, Mary Lou (Matt) Conley of OH and Tim (Cheryl) Baker of OH; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations sent to Care Net Pregnancy Services, 8432 South US1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.
The funeral service will be on February 13th at Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Rd., Lake Worth, FL 33449 www.palmbeachnationalchapel.com. Viewing will be from 11:30am-1:00pm with a service at 1:00pm. Catherine will be interred at the VA National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
