Bernard Shapiro
Age 86 of Boynton Beach, FL passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014 under the care of Hospice of Palm Beach. Born in Manhattan, NY, he had been a resident of Boyton Beach for sixteen years, coming from New York. Prior to retirement, he was a buyer for ladies accessories in New York City. He was a veteran of the US Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife Norma Shapiro of Boynton Beach; one son, Ronald (Laura) Shapiro of Woodland Hills, CA; one daughter, Myrna (Arden) Frazin of West Nyack, NY and four grandchildren, Brandon, Ross, Lily and Coca. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 PM, Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL. Interment will follow at 1:45 PM at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL with Military Honors by the US Army. He was fantastic!
