Amerigo "Mickey" R. Dezuzio, 88 of Wellington, FL passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.

He had been a resident of South Florida for ten years, coming from Paterson, NJ. He was a veteran proudly serving in the United States Army.
Mickey is survived by his children Cathy (Richard) Knolmayer of Paterson, NJ; William (Judy) Schmalz of North Arlington, NJ; Craig (Dianne) Schmalz of Uncasville, CT; Beth-Ann (Alan) Belthoff of Park Ridge, NJ; grandchildren, Richard, Dustin, Ellen Ann, Carrie, Emily, Grace, Jacob and great-grandson Nicholas. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Ann E. Schmalz-Dezuzio.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL 33449. A prayer service will be held at 7:00pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2892 S. Congress Avenue, Palm Springs, FL 33461.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
