The White family sadly announces the passing of Mr. Alfred White on the morning of 14 May 2025.  He was born in 1937 in West Palm Beach and has always remained a loyal Floridian.  His biffest passion was the University of Miami Hurricanes, which was also his alma mater from which he holds his graduate and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration.  GO CANES!

Al was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served in Northern Japan as a Russian linguist.  Upon retirement from his career as a Certified Public Accountant, Al and Connie moved to Vizcaya community in 2005, where they were deeply involved with the local tennis program.  Known for his "slice and dice", Al was on the tennis courts for many years and helped earn Vizcaya more than one championship honor.  When he wasn't playing tennis, he was rooting for the Miami Hurricanes, fishing in the Atlantic or travelling to new destinations.

Algred is survived by his loving wife, Connie, and his two children, David and Lisa.

A Memorial Service will be held at Palm Beach National Funeral Home and Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, Florida, on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM.  The family will receive friends starting at noon.  Burial will follow at 2:30 PM at South Florida National Cemetery.
