Alfred Eugene Fortugno passed away peacefully on Friday January 10, 2014 surrounded by his family and love ones.
He was an accomplished businessman and an avid polo player. He served as a United States Polo Association Governor for over thirty years. He traveled the world and enjoyed the company of his many friends. He was eighty-six.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The National Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame, in the name of Alfred Fortugno; 9011 Lake Worth Road, Wellington, FL 33467 561.969-3210.
Services: A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am, on Monday, January 20, 2014 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 13645 Paddock Drive, Wellington, FL 33414.
A celebration of life gathering, will be held immediately following the service at, International Polo Club Palm Beach,
3667 120th Avenue South, Wellington, FL 33414.
Arrangements are entrusted to Palm Beach National Chapel.
