Aaron L. Schneider December 17, 1930 – April 30, 2026
Aaron L. Schneider, 95, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully in his home on April 30, 2026. He was born on December 17, 1930, in the Bronx, New York, and lived a life defined by devotion, service, and an infectious joy for living.
Aaron proudly served his country as a Corporal in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954, stationed in Germany during the Korean Conflict. He was honored with the Army of Occupation Medal and the National Defence Service Medal in recognition of his faithful service.
Aaron lived life to the fullest, always with a smile on his face. He had a deep passion for golf, cars, and airplanes, and could light up any room with a perfectly timed joke. A devoted fan of Frank Sinatra, Aaron was also an incredible dancer, the kind who made everyone on the floor stop and watch. He was equally gifted with words, known as a wonderful orator and speech giver who could move, inspire, and entertain an audience with equal ease.
But the true highlight of Aaron's life was his family. He married the love of his life, Lynne, and the two raised their family in Merrick, New York, before retiring together to Delray Beach, Florida. His devotion to Lynne and their children, Allison and Andrea, was the cornerstone of everything he did. Aaron and Lynne's marriage and partnership of more than 55 years was a testament to his enduring love and loyalty.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Anita and Paul Schneider.
Aaron is survived by his beloved wife, Lynne Schneider; his daughters, Allison Schneider and Andrea Schneider; son-in-law Brett Close; grandchildren Nash Luker and Neko Close; sister Nancy Robinson; and nieces and nephews Sherri Robinson, Stephanie Robinson, Andrew Robinson, and Lloyd Klausner.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. But if you listen closely the next time a Sinatra song plays, you just might feel him gliding across the floor.
In lieu of flowers or food, we invite you to honor his memory with a donation to The Paps Corps. Your generosity will help us place an engraved walking stone in his name at The Pap Corps Garden of Hope in Deerfield, FL. Click Here
